An epilogue
One last thing about China ...
Since we have returned to the U.S. I have been corresponding with our national tour guide, Toby. He sent me some photos of his wife and daughter the other day and can I just say his family is REALLY good looking? And look at the little girl! She's 6 and will be in first grade in WuHan (where they live) in the fall. It's so cool to have an international pen pal of sorts. Toby has never been to the U.S. but we're hoping that he'll make it sometime ... and maybe when he's here, we'll get to see him.
