Wish I was there ...
Laurel, Laura and Colette called me last night from the goings-on at Wash U. They were in town for the alumni meet and where partying it up with the other alumni in McMillan (where we used to hold our post-season banquet). They sounded like they were having a good time. Apparently pretty much everyone was there but me. Boo. But I was the only girl missing from our year and most of the girls from the previous years were there, too. Half the people didn't know I'd gotten married, or so Laurel says. She told Martha, our coach our first year before Brad took over, and Martha about fell over. Then Martha said, "Why is it that all the midgets get the tall ones?" Funny. And typical Martha. Anyway, it sounds like they had a good time. Hopefully enough of us will want to go back in 2008.
